Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Same condition as received: Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item is eligible, you can return the original item and receive a replacement.

Refund Requests

Refunds are reasonable only for specific reasons, such as:

  • The item is broken or damaged upon arrival.
  • The item does not match the description provided.
  • Other legitimate concerns as agreed upon.

Kindly include an image of the package and product, ensuring any damages are clearly visible, or pictures highlighting any other concerns you may have. This will help us process your request more efficiently.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@ecohomegoodies.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
